What's Going on Here

So, I've made it a couple weeks in to adding more content to this site, and I think I should attempt to clarify what's going on with this site.

I'll be continually upgrading and revising this site as time goes on. I may have to take some breaks due to other work responsibilities.  If you have suggestions or requests, please send them to me at the email address I setup for this site: j@sleepfoodexercise.com

Overall I want to keep the interaction with the site simple. I want to provide a quick reference of useful stuff for those who want to make a change in their health. However, I find that I have a lot to discuss and write about, so then I need a component of this site to be able to accommodate that. For the moment, I think that leads to a blog-like format. As I accumulate material in posts here, I will attempt to organize this writing into more of an outline or table of contents.

I have a lot of experience on how to incorporate healthier living in a busy life, and I will try to focus on that in my writing. A friend suggested that I focus the links page on discussing things that have been helpful to me, and I think that is a good approach. I will try to provide more comments and context with the links I share.

I would like to increase the scientific depth of this site, but that will require further investment over time. To really treat each topic properly requires a good scientific literature review, which can take at least half a day per topic.

For the moment, it seems that I have a lot to say about time management and stress management, so I'd expect to keep on writing more on that for the moment. If you've visited the "Food" page you'll also notice I left a lot of room for more writing there too.
